The fee contribution for the Conference is US$ 325. Members of ACEID (MACEID) are eligible for a reduction of US$ 25 in the fee contribution. Youth in the 15-24 year-old age range (the U.N. definition) may register for a fee of US$ 150. Thai nationals resident in Thailand may register for the Conference for a subsidised fee contribution of 4,000 Baht. For Thai youth, the fee is 3,000 Baht.
The above fee contribution covers:
participation in all sessions of the Conference,
Conference materials, including the Conference Proceedings,
refreshment breaks and lunches during the Conference,
the Welcome Reception, and
the Conference Dinner.

All international payments must be made by International Bank Draft or International Bank Cheque and made payable to UNESCO-ACEID. Payments within Thailand can be made by ordinary cheque but must be made payable to UNESCO-ACEID. Payment by credit card will be possible on registration at the Conference.

(Note: As the Conference organisers will be contributing towards the Conference costs of their invited representatives from the Least Developed Countries, the National Commissions for UNESCO of Member States and APEID Associated Centres, they are unable to provide financial assistance for fares, accommodation or the fee contribution to other conference participants.)
