Joint UNDCP-ESCAP website for youth (Under development)
The Human Resources Development Section and UNDCP will jointly launch a Youth Corner website in June 2001, as a place for young people to find out more about drugs and share their own views and experiences on this growing concern. The site, to cater to youth living in Cambodia, China, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam, will be a forum for young people to exchange information with each other, and include facts about drugs and their effects; information on laws and regulations related to drugs; how to contact treatment centres in the region; as well as regular updates on United Nations activities to help young people who are using or contemplating using drugs.
Please revisit this page to link to the Youth Corner upon completion of the site.

Here we review the situation of drug abuse in the ASEAN region and the importance of listening to youth.
